Pet Import  
First and foremost, a warm WELCOME to Singapore! We hope you’re as excited about your move as we are about meeting you and your pet(s)! Yes, “warm” in every literal sense. Singapore has a tropical climate with a minimum average temperature of 25 degree Celsius to 34 degree Celsius almost all-year round.

With that in mind, we recommend that you book the Air-conditioned Kennel/Cattery to ensure comfort, should your furkids require quarantine upon entry into Singapore.

Countries that do not require Quarantine
Under AVS's Rabies risk categorisation, pets from Countries under Schedule I and II do not require quarantine. (Click here to view)

If the Country you are embarking from is not listed above, either a 10-day or 30-day quarantine is mandatory upon entry into Singapore. 

Important for Flight Arrivals
It is recommended to arrange the flight arrivals between 0800 hours to 1600 hours between Mondays-Fridays. For arrivals on Tuesdays, kindly ensure that the flight arrives no later than 1400 hours. Additional after-hours charges applies for arrivals out of the stated office hours.

Pet Export 
We offer both Door-to-Port as well as a complete Door-to-Door relocation; from ensuring the necessary travel documentations and requirements are met, arranging of mandatory health checks and relevant endorsements, right down to the logistics details involving flight booking and pick-up and check-in on the day of departure.

In order to better understand you and your pet's travel plans, we will require the following information:

1) Breed of pet

2) Country of Destination
Please advise on the state so we can obtain accurate flight information.

3) Door-to-Port OR Door-to-Door Relocation
Please inform us should you require us to engage an importing Pet relocation specialist in the destination Country for a complete door-to-door relocation service. Alternatively, you may engage your own pet relocation agent in the destination Country whom you are familiar with and we will liaise with them directly.

4) Size & Weight of your pet(s)
Length: Tip of Nose to Bum in cm or inches
Height: Top of Head to Feet, while standing on all fours in cm or inches
Weight: in Kilograms (or a close estimate)

5) Microchip details
Cat/dog must be implanted with ISO-compatible microchip .All necessary vaccinations administered before the pet is microchipped will not be recognized.

6) Scanned copy of Vaccination records
If you can send us the vaccination records, we can perform a preliminary check to ensure that he or she meets the Import requirements of your destination Country.

7) Scanned copy of Valid Dog License from AVS
Please ensure that your dog(s) AVA Dog license is valid up until the date of departure. For application and renewal, click HERE.

8) Dimensions of IATA Approved Travelling crate
(L x W x HT )
Crates can be ordered and pre-delivered to your residence within 2 weeks. It is advisable to introduce the travel crate to your pet at least 4 weeks before departure. This will greatly reduce the stress and anxiety as it allows him or her to become more acclimated with his or her surroundings before being put on a plane for an extended flight.

9) Departure date
Please advise if you have a preference to travel with your pet on the same flight. As import requirements differ from Country to Country, some pets may have only the option to travel via ‘Manifest Cargo’.

Pet Transhipment  
Our Pet Transshipment Package includes the handling and arranging of all necessary pet transshipment documents from the exporting and importing countries.

If your furkid requires a longer transit-time at the airport, we can check on its well-being and take him/her out for a short walk (your pet will thank you for that!) during his or her transit at the Changi Animal and Plant Quarantine (CAPQ). This will ensure that your pet is comfortable for the next leg of his/her journey.
