IMPORT PACKAGE - Handling and arranging of all necessary import documents including advance booking of quarantine space for cat/dog (if applicable).
- When your pets arrive in Singapore, we will clear and declare your pet at the customs from any port of entry (air, land, sea).
- Picking up your pet from the port of entry and sending it back home in our comfortable fully air-conditioned van. This only applies to cat/dog and other pets that do not need to undergo quarantine, as transfer of cat/dog to the official quarantine station (SAQS) is by the government-appointed transport.
- At the end of the quarantine period, we will do the clearance for your pet and send to your home. You may also appoint us to visit your pet for the entire quarantine period to walk/exercise your dog, or spend time with your cat/dog, within the quarantine premises.
- If you would like to opt for a full door-to-door relocation package for your pet, we can help to make necessary export arrangement through our counterpart in your home country. Alternatively you can get your own pet relocation agent whom you are familiar with and we will liaise with them directly, hence saving you all the hassles.
| Important! | | For arrival by excess baggage please report to the airport’s lost and found counter after you have cleared your personal baggage. You must present a copy of the Singapore import permit to the counter staff who will then hand-over your pet. But please remember to keep all the original documents of your pet to yourself as we will need those to clear veterinary inspection later at CAPQ. Our staff will be waiting for you at the arrival hall after you have cleared the immigration and customs. | For arrival by air cargo, please make sure the name of consignee stated in your airway bills as PET EMBASSY, 10 Anson Road #26-04, International Plaza, Singapore 079903. We will require the airway bill number and flight details (date, time and flight number) at least 3 working days from your departure date. |
